Greetings! I'm Joe Della Vedova, and this here is my blog dedicated to what I deduce to be "foreign beverage" (or bev). 

I travel around Portland and interact with a bunch of colorful characters, who run stores dedicated to importing and selling international/foreign goods. I will post and detail some of my spiciest finds!
